Everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, cancellation policy, and how to return an item.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping estimate. In accordance with U.S. consumer protection guidelines, you will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund if you choose not to accept the delay.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Orders may be cancelled at any time before the order has been shipped.
You can cancel eligible orders directly from your Purchase History page, or by contacting our customer support team with your order number.
If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process described below.
Returns (After Shipment)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please include your order number and photos of the item when reaching out so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
